Description :
• Candidate should possess good understanding on O365 Solutions. ( Exchange Online, Skype for business, SharePoint online)
• Candidate should have knowledge on ITIL process.
• Candidate should have good understanding on hybrid mail flow.
Candidate should be versed on SharePoint online.
• Candidate should be versed on Skype for business online
Candidate should be well versed on Outlook configuration and troubleshooting – Tier-3 level issues.
Troubleshooting mail delivery issues (client end / Outlook / tenant level)
Troubleshooting issues with online archive.
Knowledge on troubleshooting SSO related issues.
Creation of KB articles based on defects identified in project.
• Experience on Microsoft Teams will be added advantage.
• Experience on OneDrive will be added advantage.
• Helping migrated users with client level issues.
• Willing to work in shifts.
